Located on a 2 hectares estate, in a peaceful hamlet, this old farmhouse in local stones, completely renovated, is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir halfway between Bergerac and Sarlat, a few minutes from the confluence of the Dordogne and the Vézère.

The property enjoys a privileged location which will allow you to discover the rich cultural and historical heritage of the Pays des Bastides, the Vallée de l'Homme, without forgetting the local gastronomy and numerous sporting activities such as canoeing, golf, hiking, cycling, horse riding etc.
Within a 30 minutes you will find:

• 5 villages classified as “Most beautiful villages in France” and 5 km from the famous village of Cadouin, whose Cistercian Abbey and its Gothic cloister are classified as UNESCO World Heritage sites.
• The castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes, Biron and Commarque
• The remarkable garden of Marqueysac, the chasm of Proumeyssac and the caves of Maxanges
• 3 golf courses of 9 and 18 holes

As for gastronomy, a dozen restaurants, such as the Auberge de l'Espérance, Le Comptoir de l'Abbaye, or Le Poquelin, all less than 15 minutes away, will delight you.

You will appreciate the authenticity of the place, the welcome, the calm, the panoramic view, the gourmet and vitamin-filled breakfast and the friendly and gourmet table d'hôtes.

Each of our 3 guest rooms has an independent entrance and access to a private terrace overlooking the garden and heated swimming pool facing South/West where you can enjoy superb sunsets.

We can also accommodate you in a gîte for 2 people (classified 4 stars) or in an air-conditioned cottage for 4 (classified 3 stars).
